Gwen Blaine is a technical assistant for the Horizon Project.
In that position, she visits early childhood programs in south central Mississippi, providing preschool teachers one-to-one training in language and literacy instruction. Before joining the Early Childhood Institute in 2006, Blaine was a preschool teacher and director of the First Baptist Church Creative Learning Center. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from Mississippi State University.
