Tiffany Dillard is a technical assistant for the Leaders in Literacy initiative of the Mississippi State University Early Childhood Institute. Before joining ECI in 2005, she was a caregiver at an Early Head Start center in Flora, Mississippi. She also has been the director of a faith-based preschool in Jackson, Mississippi. She holds the bachelor’s degree in child care and family education from Jackson State University.

Mrs. Dillard lives in Ridgeland, Mississippi, with her husband and their two sons. She is the co-founder and president of Marriage Matters Ministry of Jackson.
