Debra Kleban
Purchasing Coordinator

Debra Kleban is the purchasing coordinator for the MSU Early Childhood Institute. She joined the Institute in 2006 after working in the MSU Office of Procurement and Contracts for 19 years. She is responsible for purchases of commodities and services for the Rebuilding After Katrina, Partners for Quality Child Care, and Mississippi Child Care Quality Step System initiatives.

Ms. Kleban is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with concentration in the areas of marketing and information technology.

She and her husband David Kleban live in Starkville, Mississippi.  Her hobbies include shopping, traveling, and reading and she loves to spend time with her niece and her family pets.
