Daphne Miller has recently transferred to the Horizon Project from the Right From Birth Project where she worked with home day care providers as a technical assistant. She continues to provide technical assistance to classroom teachers in licensed child care facilities in Monroe County. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a Human Science Child Development degree. Daphne is married and resides in Louisville Mississippi.
