Charlotte Polk
Technical Assistance Specialist
Partners for Quality Child Care

Charlotte Polk is a technical assistant with the Horizon Project in Monroe County.  Before joining ECI in 2007, Ms. Polk was a resource technician for four years at the North Mississippi Child Care Resource and Referral in Tupelo.  She spent three years as a Center Manager for the Head Start program and was a Head Start teacher for eight years in Lee County.  She obtained an associate degree in early childhood development at Itawamba Community College and is continuing her education in Elementary Education.  She lives in Tupelo with her children Marcus, Jalrick, and Jaleigha.
